Best Bunnies Basket

It’s time to introduce the March Stamp of the Month from Clear & Simple Stamps. This month’s set is Best Bunnies—love it! You can use the discount code CSS0310 to get a $1 discount on your purchase of this set during the month of March. And, along with this stamp set, we’re featuring the Warm Gray 1 Copic Trio this month, which includes W1, W3, and W5. Be sure to stop by the store and check it all out. And, don't miss Sue's newest template, a fun spring wagon you can download here.

I used the set to make a tag to go along with this cute little bunny basket. You may recognize the basket as being a spring version of Sue’s fall Trick or Treat basket. With a few simple adjustments, I made the template into an adorable bunny. Instead of having a single handle, I made two ear shaped ones. The basket is constructed from shimmery white cardstock and decorated with some punched out cardstock shapes for the eyes.
The oval tag features the set’s solid bunny image, stamped in pink ink. I stamped the “somebunny loves you” sentiment over the bunny image in darker rose ink. The tag is layered on a scalloped oval, then attached to the basket’s rim with some twine. The twine is threaded around the pink strip I used along the top of the basket to hide the brads that hold the handle in place. This basket’s filled with a bunch of small pastel Easter eggs I found at the craft store, but there are lots of other things that you could place in the basket.
