Kraftin' Kimmie Sneak Peek-Holiday Lulu and Libby

Welcome back to our SEPTEMBER Krafty Peeks!!! Today we are excited to share the THREE new images and SIX matching sentiments included in our new Lulu set by artist Cheryl Alger!!! This ADORABLE new set is called HOLIDAY LULU AND LIBBY and the whole set is too freakin' CA-UTE!

All the Krafty Girls and Krafty Guests listed below have lots of super designs to show you, so be sure to hop over to each of them! And while you're there, be sure to leave a comment because one lucky stamper is going to WIN the new HOLIDAY LULU AND LIBBY set!!!!! Then come on back tomorrow to check out MORE new stamps we have to show you as the Happy Holidays theme continues, this time by artist Emilie Goulet!!! And ALL the new stamps will be available on Sunday at the KKStamps Shop!!

Here’s my card for today’s peek. I used the adorable gift toting Lulu image as the focal image on my card based on this week’s CPS sketch. I colored Lulu and her pretty wrapped gifts with Copic markers and cut her out, then added some white flock to the trim on her outfit and hat. I love the little bit of texture that the flock adds! Lulu’s attached to a kraft circle with foam tape. I had just enough room to stamp the “merry and bright” sentiment on the panel.

The image is set on a pair of coordinating kraft patterned papers— a classic gingham print underneath the image and a festive holly print covering most of the cardfront.  I did some machine stitching around the edges of the patterned paper panels for a little bright white contrast before putting everything on a kraft card base.

Materials Used:
Holiday Lulu and Libby stamp set (Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko); markers (Copic); Real Red and Always Artichoke cardstock (Stampin’ Up!); Desert Storm cardstock (Neenah); Handmade Holidays 6x6 paper pad (Simple Stories); Fresh Goods-Rain Check designer paper (Pebbles); circle dies (Spellbinders); Cotton Ball White flock (Stampendous); sewing machine; foam tape

Goodness, that's a lot of fussy cutting! But well worth it ~ your card is adorable!! Love the DP combo ~ those Simple Stories papers are my favorites so far for Christmas this year!
