CSS Release Replay: Game On!

The Collection 7 Release Replay continues today at Clear and Simple Stamps with another look at the Little Critter Pals series. I used the Taglines: Little Critter Pals set to create an animal themed version of the classic memory game.

I stamped each of the critters two times on A Blanc Check cardstock circles. After coloring the critters with Copic markers, I adhered the colored pieces to circles cut from medium weight chipboard coasters. The coasters give the critters some support so they’ll be more durable when little hands are using them! I prettied them up a bit by attaching blue dotted patterned paper circles to the opposite sides. The coasters were covered with a light coating of ModPodge to help seal the papers on and, again, to increase their durability.

To hold the game pieces, I die cut the Party Favor 13 box from My Style Blueprint cardstock. I randomly stamped the critter images on the die cut box before assembling it and adding a white satin ribbon handle.
