Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 189-Let's Hang Out

It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I used one of the Rag Doll sets from Clear and Simple Stamps to put this little square card together.

For the image panel, I put Rag Doll Jake: Dude on the tire swing from the Rag Doll Scenes 3 set. The tire swing is stamped directly on the image panel. The rag doll image was die cut and colored, then adhered to the panel with foam tape. The “let’s hang out” sentiment is stamped just beneath the swing.

I attached the image to a yellow paper with a graphic style print on it. I stamped a gingham pattern on an orange half circle panel and tucked the stamped piece underneath the edge of the image panel. A kraft notch-ended tab topped with a twine-tied blue button completed the design.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
