Lots of Love

Here's my card for this week's sketch at CAS(e) this sketch.  I made a love themed design with an elegant black, red, and gray color scheme.

Lots of Love-designed by Lori Tecler-Inking Aloud-stamps from Papertrey Ink
For the focal image, I stamped the word "love" from Papertrey Ink's Grand Ampersand set repeatedly on a white panel in gray ink.  I die cut the stamped panel with a heart die, then layered the die cut heart on a red label die cut. The heart is framed with a matching heart shaped line of crystals.  I've had this package of heart-shaped Nestabling for a while and it was nice to finally use some of it!  After putting foam tape on the back of the label die cut, I adhered it to the gray cardfront over a strip of black satin ribbon.

Materials Used:
Grand Ampersand stamp set (Papertrey Ink); Memento Luxe Gray Flannel ink (Tsukineko); Real Red cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Steel Grey cardstock (My Favorite Things); Labels 18 and Hearts dies (Spellbinders); black satin ribbon (Michaels); heart Nestabling (Want2Scrap); foam tape
