Watch Where You're Pointing that Thing

Here's my card for this week's sketch at the Clean and Simple Stamping blog.  It's kind of a stretch, but I couldn't resist pulling out the Feelin' Cupidy stamp set from The Cat's Pajamas at least one more time before Valentine's Day!

Watch Where You Point That Thing-designed by Lori Tecler-Inking Aloud-stamps from The Cat's Pajamas
I colored the bunny with Copic markers and cut him out using a combination of scissors and a craft knife.  He's adhered over the top of a pink patterned paper fishtail flag strip using foam tape.  I stamped the set's "watch where you're pointing that thing" sentiment on the patterned paper panel using black pigment ink.

To complete the trio of embellishments at the top of the fishtail flag strip, I used a combination of stamps and die cuts.  I die cut a red heart using one of the dies from the CutUps Talk to Me set and adhered it next to the bunny.  A trio of tiny red stamped hearts fills in the space between the bunny and the die cut heart.  I added a few random red sequins to give the card a little festive sparkle.

Materials Used:
Feelin' Cupidy stamp set, CutUps Talk to Me dies (The Cat's Pajamas); white cardstock (Taylored Expressions); markers (Copic); Memento Tuxedo Black and Memento Luxe Tuxedo Black and Love Letter inks (Tsukineko); Sea Glass cardstock (Avery Elle); Real Red cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Love Story 6x6 paper pad (Echo Park); red sequins (Michaels); foam tape
