Seize the Sketch 26-You're Brilliant

*** Scroll down to the post below or click HERE to see my card for this week's TCP Tuesday challenge! ***

It's time for a new sketch at Seize the Sketch!  This week's sketch comes to us from Katie.  I turned to the fun light bulb die from My Favorite Things to put together a quick card based on the sketch.

You're Brilliant card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from My Favorite ThingsDie cutting and assembling the light bulb was the most time consuming part of making this card!  After the bulb was assembled, I used foam tape to adhere it to a yellow chevron patterned paper panel.  I stamped the "you're brilliant" sentiment from the Watt's Up set next to the bulb in black ink, then matted the panel on yellow cardstock.  I adhered the panel to a pale gray card base, then scattered a few sparkly silver sequins around the cardfront.  Done!

Be sure to check out what the rest of the STS team created using the sketch. Here’s where to find them:
