Wassup Foxy?

This week's Paper Smooches SPARKS challenge is an anything goes challenge.  I used an older PS set, Smoocheroos, for this sweet little design.

Wassup Foxy? card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Paper Smooches
My focal image is the set's cute fox.  He was colored with Copic markers and cut out.  I did a little creative die cutting with one of the dies from the Backdrop Builders set to get a curvy edge on the green striped panel the fox is sitting on.  I stamped the set's "wassup foxy?" sentiment on an olive green strip and wrapped the end with twine before adhering it to the panel.  To fill in the scene, I made a sun and clouds from a yellow circle and shimmery white clouds cut with the Clouds dies.  A teeny, tiny heart from the Bosom Buddies set was stamped in red ink next to the fox for a little pop of contrasting color.

Materials Used:
from i {heart} papers:  Paper Smooches Smoocheroos and Bosom Buddies stamp sets, Clouds and Backdrop Builders dies; Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black and Lady Bug inks; Carta Bella A Perfect Autumn 6x6 paper pad; Hemptique Bronze twine; Sticky Thumb dimensional dots

other:  Soft Sky, Old Olive, and Shimmery White cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Harvest Gold cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Desert Storm cardstock (Neenah); markers (Copic); circle punch (EK Success)
