Sprinkled with Lots of Love

Here's my card for this month's Reverse Confetti Sketch for You to Try.  This sweet themed card is another one that's been added to my collection of cards for the Valentine's Day kids card drive.

Sprinkled with Lots of Love card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti
I used Reverse Confetti's Donut You Know set and coordinating dies along with a pastel color scheme.  I die cut a donut from kraft cardstock, then topped it with die cut white icing and pink heart shaped sprinkles.  It's adhered to a pink panel with a pair of pastel patterned paper panels arranged on it.  The "sprinkled with love" sentiment was heat embossed in pink on a white panel and adhered to the card with one edge tucked underneath the donut.  I finished the design with a trio of pink sequins.

Materials Used:
Donut You Know stamp set, Confetti Cuts Donut You Know dies (Reverse Confetti); Pink Pirouette and Crumb Cake cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Grout Gray cardstock (My Favorite Things); Dear Lizzy Neapolitan 6x6 paper pad (American Crafts); pink embossing powder (Michaels); pink sequins (Treehouse Studio); foam tape
