Mojo Monday 406-Donut You Know

Happy Monday!  It's time for a new Mojo Monday sketch and since Mondays--especially mornings--can be tough, I went with something sweet to start off the day and the week.

Donut You Know card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti
I made a donut themed design using stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti.  I used the donut dies to make a fun layered donut from cardstock.  The sprinkles were stamped in white pigment ink, then heat embossed for a bit of dimension and shine.  I used foam tape to adhere the donut to the sentiment panel, then added a die cut rose colored heart to the edge of the donut using more foam tape.

The sentiment panel was adhered to a pale pink cardstock base covered with panels made from bits and pieces in my scrap piles.  I love when I can piece together a card using scraps!

Head on over to the Mojo Monday blog for inspiration from the rest of the Mojo Makers and to link up your own take on this week's sketch!
