Sending You Love

Here's my card for this week's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.  A mix of die cut elements with a touch of stamping brought this design together quickly.

Sending You Love card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Clear and Simple Stamps
I die cut a mini envelope from kraft cardstock using the Tiny Envie die from Clear and Simple Stamps.  After assembling it, I adhered it to a white cardstock panel.  A red die cut heart was attached to the envelope using foam tape.  I stamped the "sending you" sentiment from the Writer's Desk Too set next to the envelope in red ink, then added a tiny heart from the Hearts Plus set next to the text.

I edged the panel with a narrow strip of kraft cardstock and some contrasting red dotted washi tape. The panel was matted with red cardstock, then adhered to a kraft card base.

Materials Used:
Writer's Desk Too and Hearts Plus stamp set, Dare to Be a Diva Red, Kraft Like a Rockstar, and A Blanc Check cardstock, Tiny Envie and Note die (Clear and Simple Stamps); Memento Luxe Lady Bug ink (IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko); red dotted washi tape; foam tape
