TCP Tuesday 307-Love You

It's time for a new TCP Tuesday challenge at The Cat's Pajamas! This week's theme is anything goes, so it's a perfect time to pull out your TCP stamps and dies and get inky.

Love You card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from The Cat's Pajamas
I used the current sketch from RetroSketches to make a square card using the new CutUps Love Topper die.  I cut the word several times from red cardstock, then layered the die cuts for dimension before adhering them to a pale gray cardstock strip.  The strip was edged with matching red cardstock, then adhered to a blue card base covered with gray cardstock and a strip of arrow patterned paper down the center.  The arrow pattern goes perfectly with the arrow in the die cut!

To finish the sentiment, I die cut a banner from pink cardstock using one of the CutUps Framed Up 2 dies. After stamping the "you" from the Lean On Me set in red pigment ink on the banner, I tucked it underneath the bottom edge of the pale gray panel.  A few pink enamel dots framed the die cut and completed the design.

Ready to play along with our TCP Tuesday challenge?  I hope so!  Here are the challenge details:
  1. Every other Tuesday a new challenge will be posted on The Cat’s Pajamas blog as well as on our Facebook page.
