Mojo Monday 457-Sending Hugs

Sending Hugs card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Neat and Tangled
Happy Monday!  It's time for a new Mojo Monday sketch. I put together a sweet design using stamps from Neat and Tangled.

The girl and teddy bear image from the Better Together set was colored with Copic markers, then cut out with the matching die.  I used foam tape to adhere the image to a light blue rounded rectangle panel with a strip of grass along the bottom.  To go with the feminine image, I found a piece of floral print patterned paper to use on my cardfront.  After edging it with the same green cardstock I used for the grass, I adhered it to a pale pink cardstock panel, then added the image panel on top.  The set's "sending hugs" sentiment was stamped in gray pigment ink on a rounded square panel.  I matted the panel on pale pink cardstock and adhered it to the panel, overlapping the image a bit. A pair of die cut hearts--one pink and one rose--were adhered to the top of the sentiment panel in place of the sketch's triangle elements.  The finished panel was adhered to a coordinating rose card base.

Head on over to the Mojo Monday blog for more inspiration from the design team and to add your own take on this week's sketch!  You can also find all of the Mojo Makers at their blogs here:
