Here's my card for the current sketch at Match the Sketch. This is actually my second try--I wasn't happy with my first version, so I put together a second totally different card. I'm not sure I'm totally happy with this one, either, but I do like it better . . .
My Favorite Things Essential Sentiments stamp set was stamped beneath it in gray pigment ink. I matted the panel on the same blue-green cardstock, then layered it on to a piece of patterned paper with the word "happy" on it. I usually end up not using the papers in my patterned paper packs with words on it, so it was nice to actually use one here! I anchored the panel with a strip of festive silver starry washi tape at the top and die cut stitched stars at two of the corners. Some silver sequins arranged around the largest die cut star added a final sparkly touch. The finished panel was adhered to a coordinating blue-green card base.
