My Heart Is A Flutter card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Paper Smooches
I took my inspiration from the photo's color scheme and the fringe detailing on the woven pieces.  My layout comes from the current sketch at CAS(e) this Sketch.  It doesn't show in the photo, but I built my focal panel on a piece of patterned paper that has kind of a woven detail to it--I promise, it does!  I used a fringe die to cut a line of pretty pink fringe to place along the bottom of the panel.  The "my heart is a flutter" sentiment from the Paper Smooches Giddy Bugs set was stamped on a coordinating aqua cardstock strip and edged with gold paper, then adhered over the top edge of the fringed piece.

I matted the panel on aqua cardstock, then adhered it to a cream cardstock panel.  To go with the sentiment, I cut a heart from red cardstock using a die with stitching detail.  The heart was adhered to the upper right edge of the panel using foam tape.  The finished panel was layered on to a coordinating pink card base.
