1,000,000 Thanks card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Avery Elle
I took my inspiration from the mix of colors and patterns on the different ribbons and made a patriotic red, white, and blue thank you card.  I started with a red, white, and blue striped patterned paper panel that I adhered to a white cardstock panel.  The "1,000,000 thanks" sentiment from Avery Elle's Many Thanks stamp set was stamped on a navy cardstock strip in white pigment ink, then adhered to the striped panel.

To bring in some of the texture of the ribbons in the inspiration photo, I found a scrap of red twill with a zig zag stitch running across the middle and positioned it just beneath the sentiment.  I accented it with a silver star I fished out of my assortment of project scraps and leftovers.  A pair of silver sequins added a final sparkly touch to the panel.  The finished panel was adhered to a coordinating navy card base.
