The Sprinkles on My Donut

Here's my card for the current sketch at Match this Sketch.  This sweetie has been hanging out on my desk all colored up for a while and I thought she'd be a perfect fit for the sketch!

The image is from Neat and Tangled's Say Yes to Donuts stamp set.  After coloring the image with Copic markers, I used the coordinating die to cut out the colored image.  I kept things super simple to keep the focus on the image.  A kraft card base was covered with pale pink dotted paper that I'd matted on coordinating pink cardstock.  I stamped the set's "you are the sprinkles on my donut" sentiment on a kraft cardstock strip and placed that across the cardfront, then added the image on top, using foam tape for dimension.  A few white enamel dots arranged around the text completed the design.
