Sneaky Peek Week for the November release at The Cat's Pajamas
continues today with a first look at the Build a Snowman stamp set.. This set is one of six brand new stamp sets
and four new CutUps die sets that will be available
for purchase on Tuesday, November 17. You're going to love all of the mix and match options in this set for creating unique snowmen.
I made a wintery scene using the set's two different sized snowman images. Each snowman is unique thanks to the addition of some of the set's accessories! I added a bit of color with Copic markers, then assembled the pair. To make a background for the duo, I covered a red card base with a piece of pale aqua grid patterned paper. My shimmery white snowdrift is made from one of the CutUps He Said She Said dies. I love when I can come up with other ways to use my dies! The snowmen were arranged to cover the extra little "bump" in the speech bubble style die cut.
I stamped the set's friendship sentiment at the top of the panel in red pigment ink. To fill in the scene, I scattered a few snowflakes cut with the CutUps Snowflake Lace Paper die around the panel. The center of each flake was dotted with a blue crystal for an extra bit of sparkle.
