It's been kind of chilly here this week (at least for early May!), so I went tropical for my project featuring the Pineapple Paradise stamp set and coordinating SugarCuts Pineapple Paradise die.
The background for the pineapples was made from a panel of watercolor paper cut with one of the SugarCuts Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles dies smooshed with some watered down distress inks. I adhered a gold paper strip across the panel, then wrapped a bit of twine around in loopy circles before adding the pineapples on top with foam tape. The pineapples were accented with some clear sequins from the Sea Spray sequin mix. I stamped the "thanks" sentiment above the pineapple, then matted the panel on gold paper. The finished panel was adhered to a green card base.
