With Halloween coming up, I decided to make a project that would be a great accessory for a Halloween costume. I used one of the long clear plastic tubes to create a magic wand. I filled the wand with water and some chunky pink glitter and secured the top on with a little glue, then decorated it with a fun and feminine topper.
I cut a piece of striped patterned paper in the shape of a star as a base, then layered on a piece of star-shaped cardstock with a mix of Rose Bud and Angel Pink Fireworks sprayed over it. To personalize the wand, I added an “S” sticker from the sticker sheet in a paper collection kit. A pink bow, made with my Bow Easy and a piece of white ribbon sprayed with more Fireworks, adds another girly touch. For some magic sparkle, I cut apart a crystal flourish and attached the pieces underneath the smaller star.

Be sure to visit the rest of the IHP DT to see their creative uses for Fireworks—and leave comments for a chance to win some for yourself. Here’s where to find them:

Don't forget to comment for your chance to win some Fireworks--and don't forget about the ongoing Swimming for Katie fundraiser in honor of Katie Emerson Renz. Some new digis have been added to the collection since the start of the fundraiser last week and the adorable octopus that's the fundraiser symbol is available as a clear stamp as well. You can check out all the stamps and digis for sale here.
