Sneaky Peek Week Is Starting--Now!
Yes, that’s right—it’s time for Sneaky Peek Week featuring brand new stamps from The Cat’s Pajamas! This release will include 8 brand new stamp sets, 3 new CutUps dies, plus 2 new Cutables. All of the new goodies will be available on June 17. We’re kicking off Sneaky Peek Week with a new TCP Tuesday challenge and a first look at the new Strange and Wonderful stamp set.
This week’s TCP Tuesday challenge is a color challenge featuring cream, rose, and kraft—pretty, right? I used the colors and the current Deconstructed Sketch for this sweet design.
I stamped the set’s penguin image in Versafine Onyx Black ink—my go-to ink for stamping the penguins and Sprinkle, too—on a round cream panel, then colored the image using Copic markers. It’s adhered to a panel of rose colored grid patterned paper.
I used the banner die in the CutUps Framed Up 2 die set to make a pair of banner strips to tuck underneath the image panel. The set’s “make your own sunshine” sentiment was stamped on the longer kraft strip. Once the strips were in place, I accented them (and the image) with a trio of rose enamel dots. I matted the image panel on cream cardstock, then adhered it to a kraft panel with a strip of rose cardstock along the left edge.
To join us for this week's challenge, link up your finished project on the TCP blog for a chance to win this week's Cat Cash prize--and to be in the running to be our next Swanky Stamper. The Swanky Stamper is selected from among all of the month's challenge entries and gets a selection of stamps from an upcoming release and joins the Cat Pack for our Pajama Party and Blog Hop. You can find all the details on the TCP blog.
Be sure to stop by the TCP member company forum on SCS to leave a comment on our In It to Win It thread. Each day of Sneaky Peek Week, one lucky commenter will win one of the new stamp sets before you can buy them!
And, we’d love to have you join us for our Pajama Party on Monday, June 16 at 8:00 PM (EST) in the TCP forum on SCS. We’ll be chatting and sharing more peeks at the new sets, plus giving you a few more chances to win some of the new release. Hope to see you there!
