Ring the Bells--It's Time for Kitchen Sink Monday
It's time for another visit to the kitchen to see what the Kitchen Sink Crew has cooked up using their Kitchen Sink Stamps. This week, I made a shadow box card using the 3 Step Bells set.
These cards are so easy to make! Since I first saw the preview of these images, I thought the bells would look fantastic framed in the shadow box. I used the same "recipe" for stamping the bell images as I used last week, but this time, used the large bell images instead of the jingle bell ones. They're stamped on white paper and matted on a slightly larger red circle. The bells are centered in real life--my photography is just lousy here--LOL!
The inside of the shadow box is lined with sparkly blue paper that I picked up at Target. This paper is relatively inexpensive and a pretty nice quality--not as thick/heavy as the shimmery cardstocks from SU! and Papertrey Ink, but still good for crafting projects, at least in my opinion.
I stamped the peace & joy sentiment in red on a piece of white cardstock and matted it on a red scalloped circle. I attached a piece of silvery ribbon behind it, then attached it to the front of the shadow box.
