Color Throwdown 182-You're Spoketacular

It’s time for another Color Throwdown! Tammy’s chosen this week's color combination of Riding Hood Red, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, and Baja Breeze. I just got the new Riding By set from Market Street stamps and thought the set’s bike image would look great in this color combination.

I stamped the bike on a piece of a circle panel with a gray strip along the bottom to serve as a road. The bike and its puppy-filled basket are colored with Copic markers and I sponged in an aqua sky behind it.

The cardfront is covered with a pair of patterned papers—one aqua and one orange—from a Jillibean Soup paper pad. The colored image panel is layered over the patterned paper panels. A strip of brown faux suede ribbon is tied around the card, just underneath the bottom of the image panel. I stamped the set’s “you’re spoketacular” sentiment on an orange strip and slipped the top of the strip underneath the ribbon.

To play along, just create a paper crafted project using these colors as a starting point and add a direct link to your finished project using the linky tool found at the end of this week's CTD post. As always, if you don’t have exact color matches, something close works just fine. And, if you upload your project to an online gallery, use the keyword CTD182. Before you get started, here’s some inspiration from the talented Color Throwdown team and this month’s guest artist, Bev Gerard:
