Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 187-Anything Is Possible
Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I stretched this week’s sketch out to a standard A2 size and used one of the adorable big-eared bunnies from The Cat’s Pajamas to fill it out.
Soar set as my focal image. I stamped the image on white cardstock, omitting the flames from the back of the rocket when I stamped, then colored the image with Copic markers. The cutout image is adhered to a light blue circle with foam tape.
I paired two patterned papers from a Doodlebug Design paper pad for the panels on the cardfront. Instead of adding a mat beneath it, the star patterned paper is machine stitched around the edges to set it off a bit. I stamped the set’s “anything is possible” sentiment on a red tab and slid that underneath the top of the star patterned panel before adding the red grosgrain ribbon strip and image panel on top. I finished the card with a piece of clear crystal flourish adhered to the image panel, extending out from the back of the rocket.
To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
