Wrapped in Peace, Hope, and Love
When I saw this week’s Mojo Monday sketch, a prettily wrapped present immediately came to mind. I used stamps from Clear and Simple Stamps and some shiny papers and ribbon to bring my vision to life.
I flipped the sketch over on its side to get the look I wanted. I used a classic red and silver color combination for most of the layers along with one piece of fun patterned paper featuring sparkly glittered elements. The holiday sentiment is from the All Wrapped Up stamp set. I heat embossed it in silver for extra sparkle. It’s added to the card over a piece of white satin ribbon. I finished the design by using my Bow Easy to make a pretty white bow to top off my "gift."
Materials Used:
All Wrapped Up stamp set, Dare to Be a Diva Red and Sterling Silver cardstock, A Blanc Check satin ribbon (Clear and Simple Stamps); Encore Silver ink (Tsukineko); White Christmas Sugar- Home for the Holidays designer paper (Doodlebug Design); Zing Silver embossing powder (American Crafts); Bow Easy
