TCP Tuesday 271-Hats Off

It's time for a new TCP Tuesday challenge!  The new challenge theme is anything goes, so this is the perfect time to pull out your TCP stamps and get creative.

I used one of the big eared bunnies for my card based on the current Deconstructed Sketch.  After coloring the bunny image from the Presto set with Copic markers, I cut him out and used foam tape to adhere him to a white panel.  I stamped the set's "hats off to you" sentiment next to the bunny in black ink.  The panel's accented with a pair of sparkly silver stars cut with the CutUps 3x3 Stars dies  and adhered on top of a banner strip cut with the Framed Up 2 dies.

The background for the panel was made from a piece of red patterned paper that I cut on an angle and set over a black cardstock panel.  After putting the image panel in place, I added a trio of enamel dots for a final pop of red.
