Sending You a Sneaky Peek
Sneaky Peek Week for the January release at The Cat's Pajamas is getting started! Today we're sharing a look at the new Just Let It Happen stamp set. This is one of four new stamp sets and five new CutUps dies that will be available for purchase on January 19.
The layout for my card comes from the current sketch at Can You Case It? As soon as I saw this set, I knew I'd need to showcase the Poochie at the mailbox image because of my very own Chloe the cutie puppy. Chloe has something of an obsession with the mail because the mail carriers in our neighborhood always carry treats with them. She recognizes the distinctive shape of a USPS truck and if she sees one, she makes a beeline to the truck. So, I colored up Poochie and the mailbox with Copic markers, then used foam tape to adhere them to the background panel. The "sending love your way" sentiment was stamped on a strip of grass die cut with the CutUps Grass die. The words aren't all in one line like that on the stamp, but it was pretty easy to get them lined up straight like I wanted here. I accented the image panel with a pair of sweet stitched hearts (shhh . . . this might be another Sneaky Peek . . .).
