Happy Birthday card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Clear and Simple Stamps

I took my inspiration from the sneakers in the challenge graphic.  My sneakers are from the Clear and Simple Stamps A Guy Thing stamp set.  I colored them with a trio of blue Copic markers, then carefully cut them out.  I used foam tape to adhere them to a navy blue cardstock circle.  The circle was adhered to the top of a navy blue striped patterned paper panel set on the right side of a pale blue cardstock panel.  I stamped the set's "happy birthday" sentiment in white pigment ink on a navy Favor Flags die cut, then heat embossed the words in white for a bold pop against the dark background.  The flag was layered on to the panel and anchored with a single silver brad.  The finished panel was adhered to a navy card base.
