Thinking of You Always

Here’s another card featuring images from Topiaries, this month’s Stamp of the Month from Clear and Simple Stamps. As always, there's a discount code that you can use for a $1 discount on the purchase of the SOTM. This month's code is CSS0910.

I stamped the topiary image on a section of a decorative edged panel cut from white cardstock. The image is colored in earthy color tones using Copic markers.

The layout is very simple, really highlighting the pretty image. I used CSS’s VIP Purple for my card base and ran a strip of coordinating dotted paper along the bottom of the card. A row of paper piercing underneath the patterned paper brings in a few more dot/circle elements.

I stamped one of the set’s sentiments on a purple strip using coordinating purple ink. The sentiment is accented with a simple button embellished bow.

We've got lots of exciting things coming up at CSS. Be sure to join us next week, September 21 and 22 for a big blog hop that will include both the CSS team and the talented designers from Creative Cuts and More. We'll be showing off how well products from both stores work together.

And, don't forget about the CSS iPhone app. One of my projects will be featured on the app tomorrow. Here's a little sneak peek of what you'll see when you visit the app.
