In the Craft Room for World Card Making Day

Happy World Cardmaking Day! I’m excited to be a stop on the WCMD blog tour today. I'm a little under the weather right now, so I have a feeling I'll be spending most of my day at home with plenty of time for cardmaking, which is fine with me!

This card showcases the Craft Room set. I love the set’s bucket image and how it can be filled with different tools of the card making trade. For this card, I paired the bucket and brushes images, colored them with Copic markers, and cut them out. I punched out a bunch of circles, making sure to include different sizes and colors, then arranged them on a white panel. The bucket’s added with some foam tape. I stamped the “you color my world” sentiment on a white strip and set it on the card, slipping the end underneath the bucket. The panel is set on a black card base—it really shows off the little burst of colors!
