I'll Drink to That

Here's my card for this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club sketch challenge.  I used another a la mode, the Martinis on Me girl, for this week's card.

The martini girl is colored with Copic markers and cut out using the out of the box technique so that her feet extend beyond the left edge of the image panel.  I layered the panel on a red mat to pick up the bold red coloring of her dress, then set it on a bold patterned paper panel.

The patterned paper panel is set on a light blue paper with a more subtle pattern.  I edged the patterned paper with an open scalloped strip and wrapped a bit of yellow baker's twine just above the scalloped piece, securing it with a matching bow. The panel is set on a yellow card base that matches the notch-ended strip with the set's "I'll drink to that" sentiment stamped on it.
