Blue Winter Wishes

Here's my card for this week's Waltzingmouse sketch challenge.  I used the sketch to create a monochromatic winter holiday card.

For the two panels at the left side of the card, I found two patterned papers in the same blue and white color combination.  They're placed over a light blue card base with a teal strip along the bottom.  The teal is divided from the rest of the card with a strip of super sparkly glitter tape.  It's a great accent on wintery cards!

Once all the panels were in place, I added a trio of chipboard snowflakes, also in shades of blue.  Each flake has a clear crystal at the center for a little more sparkle.  The "winter wishes" sentiment from the Say It Loud Winter Holiday stamp set is stamped in light blue ink on a corner rounded shimmery white strip that I slipped underneath the top of the glitter tape.

Materials Used:
Say It Loud Winter Holiday stamp set (Waltzingmouse Stamps); Baja Breeze Classic ink, Baja Breeze, Taken with Teal, and Shimmery White cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Christmas Cheer Tiny Tablet (Lily Bee Design); chipboard snowflakes, white glitter tape (American Crafts); corner rounder
