I used the pretty sunburst image from the Market Street Stamps Shine On set as my focal image. After I inked the stamp with two shades of yellow ink, I spritzed it with a little bit of matching sparkly spray mist, then pressed the misted stamp to the paper. It's so pretty IRL! I ran a narrow strip of dotted tape underneath the stamped image, then stamped the set's "you light up my life" sentiment beneath the tape in teal ink. The panel is set on a coordinating blue card base for a nice, framed look.
