Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 178-You Make Me Smile
It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I went clean and simple with this sketch, using some coordinating stamps and dies from Lil' Inker Designs.
The big round panel is filled in with die cut strips arranged on a light blue background to form a rainbow. After matting the panel on a turquoise circle, I adhered it to a light blue dotted panel with machine stitched edges. I trimmed the left edge of the circle so it was flush with the edge of the dotted panel. Once the panel was in place, I added a die cut white felt cloud at the end of the rainbow. The "you make me smile" sentiment is stamped at the bottom of the card in red ink.
To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers and our two special guests have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
