Always

Here’s my card for this week’s CAS(e) this Sketch challenge. I kept this one super simple with the help of a fun Mama Elephant stamp set and a scrap of designer paper.

I used one of the speech bubble sayings from the Mama Elephant Hello set for the image panel. I picked the “always” bubble and stamped it in teal ink on a scrap of cream cardstock. The “on my mind” was added beneath it in gray ink.

I cut out the speech bubble and used foam tape to attach it to a blue card base with a strip of arrow patterned designer paper. For a little sparkle, I added a trio of silver sequins around the speech bubble as an accent.

Materials Used:
Hello stamp set (Mama Elephant); Memento Teal Zeal and Gray Flannel inks (Tsukineko); Sea Glass cardstock (Avery Elle); Steel Grey cardstock (My Favorite Things); Very Vanilla cardstock (Stampin’ Up!); Away We Go 6x6 paper pad (My Mind’s Eye); sequins (Michaels); foam tape

  1. I love the link between your image and the dp - my brian feels like it;s going in all directions most of the time, thinking of all the things I need to get done and people I need to think about! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CAS(E) This Sketch this week!
