You. Me. Oui.

Here’s my card for this week’s sketch at CAS(e) this Sketch. It’s a pretty loose interpretation of the sketch—hopefully you can see it if you imagine the sketch flipped around . . .

I started off by adhering a strip of red cardstock to a light blue card base. After wrapping the strip with some heart patterned washi tape, I stamped the “You. Me. Oui.” sentiment from Mama Elephant’s Smitten stamp set above the tape in black ink. I attached a wood veneer couple to the right of the sentiment (imagine them in place of the sketch’s banners . . .). To round out the trio of embellishments the sketch called for, I added a tiny red heart between the couple’s heads.
