Good Times Are Ahead

Here's my card for this week's sketch at CAS(e) this Sketch.  Once I figured out my color scheme, this card came together in no time at all.

I designed the card around the fun triangle patterned paper you see peeking out from behind the green sentiment panel.  I matted the patterned paper with a bold pink cardstock panel before adhering it to the moss green cardfront and adding the sentiment panel on top.  The "good times are ahead" sentiment from Avery Elle's Aim High set is stamped in black ink.

I used a die cut arrow, made with the coordinating Aim High dies, in place of one of the sketch's round elements.  The other round element  is represented by a pinking edged circle.  I liked the look of the pointy edges with the triangle patterned paper.  A sprinkling of pink sequins adds a final festive touch to the card.
