Pinterest Inspired Pumpkin

Here's a sweet little card for the current Lawnscaping challenge to create a project based on something you've pinned on Pinterest.  My card is based on this pin featuring a trio of Halloween
canvases.  I scaled down the elements in the current sketch from Freshly Made Sketches to fit my mini 3 inch square card.

Instead of focusing on one single canvas for inspiration, I incorporated a variety of elements from the trio in my design, including a pumpkin, some sparkly gold, the chevron pattern, and the color scheme.  I used the pumpkin from Lawn Fawn's So Thankful set as my focal image.  It's colored with Spectrum Noir markers and cut out.  I used dimensional dots to attach the pumpkin to a kraft panel stamped with one of the images from the Chevron Backdrops set.  I used Memento Luxe Toffee Crunch ink--looks great on kraft!  To go with the pumpkin, I stamped the "hi there" sentiment from Sophie's Sentiments in black ink.

I matted the finished image panel on a piece of shimmery gold paper, then layered it on a white panel on top of a black square that I also matted with shimmery gold.  The white panel is attached to a small kraft card base.

Materials Used:
from i {heart} papers:  Lawn Fawn So Thankful, Chevron Backdrops, and Sophie's Sentiments stamp sets, Crafter's Companion ultrasmooth white cardstock, Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black ink and Memento Luxe Toffee Crunch ink, Spectrum Noir markers (CT3, CT5, OR1, OR2, OR3, GB7, DG3, TN5, TN7), Hemptique natural twine, Sticky Thumb dimensional dots

other: Basic Black cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Desert Storm cardstock (Neenah); gold paper (Target)
