Enjoy Every Cuddle

It's time for a new sketch at Seize the Sketch.  I combined the sketch with this week's TCP Tuesday "anything goes" challenge for this sweet design.

I used the TCP Quality Time stamp set for my focal image.  The image was colored with Copic markers.  To add some pattern to the image, I used a scrap of houndstooth patterned paper to paper piece the couch.  Once I was done with the paper piecing, I shaded it a bit with Copic markers to add depth, then cut out the finished image.  It's adhered to an oval panel using foam tape.  The panel has a piece of kraft paper on the bottom to resemble a floor.

In keeping with the masculine feel I created with the image,  I adhered a darker blue panel to the bottom of a light blue card base.  I broke up the solid panel with a piece of plaid patterned paper, then ran a strip of blue twill along the top of the blue cardstock before adding the image panel on top.  The set's "enjoy every cuddle" sentiment was stamped on a round panel and adhered at the bottom right side of the image panel.
