With Deepest Thanks
Here’s my card for this month’s Reverse Confetti color challenge. I paired the colors with the current sketch from The Paper Players for this fun thank you card.
My focal image is the submarine from the Here We Go set. It was stamped in red pigment ink on a white panel and die cut with the matching die. I used foam tape to adhere it to an aqua gingham panel. A trio of aqua enamel dots was arranged above the sub as bubbles. The “with deepest thanks” sentiment was stamped at the bottom of the panel.
After matting the gingham paper with contrasting red cardstock, I adhered it to an aqua panel, then set the panel on a golden yellow card base. A pair of banner strips, cut with a die from Reverse Confetti’s Tag Me die set and layered at the top of the cardfront, added a final pop of color to the design.
Materials Used:
Here We Go stamp set and Confetti Cuts Here We Go and Tag Me dies (Reverse Confetti); Cherry ink (Avery Elle); Harvest Gold and Aqua Mist cardstock, Aqua Mist patterned paper (Papertrey Ink); Real Red cardstock (Stampin’ Up!); enamel dots (Eyelet Outlet); foam tape
