Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 226-HB2U
It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I used one of the Clear and Simple Stamps rag doll stamp sets to make a birthday card using the sketch.
I die cut Rag Doll Emma: Banner from white cardstock, then stamped the matching image on the die cut piece and colored it with Copic markers. The "HB2U" sentiment was stamped inside the little banner stretched between the rag doll's hands. The letters are spaced and curved perfectly to fit in the banner so it's very easy to place just right. The finished image was adhered to a white panel using foam tape.
To go with the festive birthday theme, I adhered a strip of multicolored dotted patterned paper to the left side of a coral cardstock panel. I added the image panel on top, then accented it with a die cut star topped with a twine tied button.
To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
