Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 232-Thanks a Million
It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I used the card to make a thank you card with stamps from Winnie and Walter.
I used the "thanks a million" sentiment from W&W's The Big, the Bold, and You set as my focal image. It's stamped in gold ink on a light pink panel. I added an aqua cardstock strip beneath the words and accented it with a die cut gold star.
The sentiment panel was matted on kraft cardstock, then layered on an aqua dot embossed panel. After matting this panel on kraft cardstock, too, I adhered it to a pink card base covered with some pretty scallop patterned paper. I die cut a little fishtail flag strip from rose cardstock and tucked it underneath the layered panels. I thought about adding some enamel dots or sequins to the card, but in the end decided to leave them off.
To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
