Sending You Holiday Cheer
Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge. I was inspired by the shiny pink car in the inspiration photo and the sketch. My interpretation of the sketch is a little loose, but I think you can still see all of the main elements there.
My shiny pink element is a die cut glittery pink snowflake. The snowflake was adhered to a pink card base over a shimmery silver cardstock panel that I set on an angle to add interest. I topped the flake with a large clear crystal for even more sparkle.
I stamped the "sending you holiday cheer" sentiment from the Clear and Simple Stamps Party Elements: Winter Woodlands stamp set in pink ink on a white Favor Flags die cut strip and tucked the left end of the strip underneath the snowflake. For one final bit of sparkle, I added a clear crystal flourish to the silver panel, extending out from underneath the snowflake.
Materials Used:
Party Elements: Winter Woodlands stamp set, Paint the Town Pink ink, Paint the Town Pink, Sterling Silver, and Perfect Little Black Dress cardstock, Flurries and Favor Flags die cuts (Clear and Simple Stamps); Recollections Raspberry glitter cardstock, clear crystal flourish, and clear crystal (Michaels); foam tape
