Warm Holiday Wishes

Here's my card for this week's Muse challenge.  I was inspired by Therese's sweet scene.  My version took a wintery turn.

I built the scene on a piece of light blue paper. There are a pair of snow banks, die cut from shimmery white cardstock, at the bottom of the panel.  I topped them with a pair of sweet penguins from the Mama Elephant Polar Pals stamp set. The set's "warm holiday wishes" sentiment was stamped at the top of the panel in gray ink.  I added a trio of sequin snowflakes for a little sparkle.  The panel was attached to a piece of gray striped patterned paper using foam tape, then adhered to a white card base.

Materials Used:
Polar Pals stamp set, Landscape Trio dies (Mama Elephant); Memento Tuxedo Black and Memento Luxe Gray Flannel inks (Tsukineko); markers (Copic); Soft Sky and Shimmery White cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Dots and Stripes Metropolitan 6x6 paper pad (Echo Park); silver sequins (Treehouse Studio); foam tape
