One Sheet Wonder, Take One
I've been short on time lately, so Verve's December Viva la Verve one sheet wonder challenge was perfect for getting a few cards made up quickly. I'll share the four cards I put together using the same double sided patterned paper and light blue background panels over the next few days.
Here's card number one. I really like this layout and I'll definitely use it again! I picked a paper with a whimsical mitten pattern on one side and a more elegant damask pattern on the other. I used the mitten paper for the larger panel and the damask pattern for the accents on this card. The blue and purple color scheme is one of my favorites for holiday cards, too.
The sentiment is from Verve's Holiday Treats set. It was stamped in plum in on the white circle. I accented the sentiment with a gray felt snowflake with a clear crystal at the center.
Materials Used:
Holiday Treats stamp set (Verve Stamps); Memento Sweet Plum ink (Tsukineko); Bashful Blue cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Winter Wishes 6x6 paper pad (Echo Park); circle die (Spellbinders); felt snowflake (American Crafts); clear crystal (Michaels)

This is so beautiful, Lori! Love the soft colors and that elegant snowflake.
