S.W.A.K.
My winter break is starting off on a dreary note with lots of rain (and a minor fender-bender earlier this afternoon--fortunately everyone was okay!). The rainy weather made it perfect for doing a little stamping. I put together this sweet design for this month's Reverse Confetti Sketch for You to Try.
I replaced the line of circles with a line of pink and rose hearts, die cut with Reverse Confetti's Love Note dies. The hearts are arranged over a gray strip set on a piece of arrow patterned paper, using foam tape for dimension. I stamped the "s.w.a.k" sentiment from the Crushin' set in pink ink on a light pink fishtail flag strip cut with the Tag Me die set, then heat embossed the sentiment in pink embossing powder for a nice pop. The finished panel was adhered to a light pink card base.
Materials Used:
Crushin' stamp set, Confetti Cuts Love Note and Tag Me dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Luxe Angel Pink ink (Tsukineko); Smokey Shadow cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Regal Rose and Pink Pirouette cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Yours Truly 6x6 paper pad (Pebbles); Grapefruit Zing! embossing powder (American Crafts); foam tape

Oh no Lori, sorry to hear about the fender bender. I'm glad you're okay. You can fix the car but people are a little tougher to repair. I hope the rest of your break and your holiday goes better. Super cute card! And Merry Christmas to you!
