Watt's Up?

Here's my card for the current sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.  I have really been loving this gray and yellow color scheme lately and it worked perfectly on this lightbulb themed card.

Watt's Up? card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from My Favorite Things
I replaced the sketch's round panel with a die cut light bulb.  The lightbulb is adhered over a pair of patterned paper panels from some older Studio Calico card kits (I'm trying to use up some of my older stuff to make room for new goodies!).  I stamped the "watt's up? sentiment from the My Favorite Things Watt's Up set on the yellow patterned paper panel in black pigment ink.  I've found that pigment inks work the best when stamping over patterns like this.  I adhered the finished white panel to a yellow card base.  A few yellow sequins scattered around the panel completed the design. I tried white and silver sequins first, but the yellow was what ended up catching my eye.

Materials Used:
Watt's Up stamp set, Steel Grey cardstock, Die-namics Lightbulb die (My Favorite Things); Memento Luxe Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko); Yoyo Yellow cardstock (Stampin' Up!); silver paper (Target); patterned papers (Studio Calico card kits); yellow sequins; foam tape
