All of My Smiles

Here's my card for the first Viva la Verve sketch for the month of February.  I took some inspiration from the "Vivacious Valentine" theme of Verve's current Diva Inspiration challenge when I was putting this one together.

All of My Smiles card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Verve Stamps
The sentiment I used is from Verve's Better Together set.  I stamped it in red pigment ink on a white circle, then accented it with a pale pink heart cut with Verve's Heart Quartet die.  After matting the sentiment panel on a pink scalloped circle, I adhered it to a red cardstock strip set across the middle of a fun graphic print patterned paper panel.  I broke up the pattern a bit more with a wide pale pink fishtail flag strip on the right side of the card, then adhered the panel to a matching pale pink card base.

Materials Used:
Better Together stamp set, Heart Quartet dies (Verve Stamps); Memento Luxe Love Letter ink (IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko); Real Red cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Sweet Blush cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Filled with Love 6x6 paper pad (My Mind's Eye); circle and petite scalloped circle dies (Spellbinders); Fishtail Flag Stax die (My Favorite Things); foam tape
