Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 269-Dog-Gone Awesome

It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.  I went with the "sweet" on this one, using an adorable puppy image from Avery Elle's Furry Friends stamp set as my focal image.

I colored up the puppy with Copic markers to look like my very own super shaggy (and in need of a spa day) Chloe the cutie puppy.  The puppy was cut out with matching die and adhered to an aqua panel with foam tape.

I layered the puppy on to a plaid patterned paper panel.  I accented it with a trio of coordinating fishtail flag strips cut from cardstock scraps.  The "you're dog-gone awesome" sentiment was stamped next to the puppy image on the plaid paper panel in black pigment ink.  I accented the sentiment with a trio of aqua enamel dots.
