HB2U
Here's my card for this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge. I used a few MFT dies to put this birthday card together pretty quickly.
I used one of the Blueprints 24 dies to cut a dotted patterned paper panel with rounded edges. After adhering the panel to a piece of mint green cardstock, I topped the layered papers with a strip of golden yellow cardstock. For the sentiment, I die cut the "HB2U" tag from the Tag Talk set from aqua cardstock. I threaded a piece of coordinating ribbon through the hole in the tag and secured it with a knot, then used foam tape to adhere the tag to the card. The finished panel was adhered to a pale gray card base.
Materials Used:
Spearmint and Grout Gray cardstock, Die-namics Blueprints 24 and Tag Talk dies (My Favorite Things); Harvest Gold and Hawaiian Shores cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Just Splendid 6x6 paper pad (My Mind's Eye); ribbon (May Arts); foam tape
